Shaftesbury Northfields is recruiting a night enabling support worker for its Complex Care service, which sits within an Independent Living service offering flexible, client-driven care from homecare to community activities and day services. The work centres on supporting and encouraging people overnight, taking direction from the person and their person-centred support plan, with accurate record keeping and, where needed, personal care and medication.
