Job summary

Nobilis Care, part of Natali Healthcare Solutions, is seeking a Female Community Care Assistant to provide compassionate in-home support to clients across the local area. You will deliver person-centred care, assist with meals, medications and daily tasks, and offer companionship with a focus on independence and wellbeing.

No experience is required; full training and shadowing are provided. Flexible hours include weekends, with local client placements and opportunities for NVQ progression.

About The Role

FEMALE Community Care Assistant – Make a Real Impact!

Key Information

• Pay Rate: £14 per hour
• Experience: No experience needed – full training + shadowing provided
• Hours: Flexible part-time or full-time shifts available
• Weekend Work: Weekend availability required (flexible rota)
• Mileage Options – Non-Mileage Rate: Higher hourly pay + claim mileage separately via HMRC
• Mileage Options – Mileage Rate: Slightly lower pay + mileage paid through payroll

Please note: Due to the personal care needs of our female clients, this role is open to female applicants only, as permitted under Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010 (Genuine Occupational Requirement).

• Supporting male and female clients with personal care (this can include but is not limited to: Bathing, toileting, dressing, feeding, etc)
