Job summary

Casa Care, part of Natali Healthcare Solutions, is seeking caring individuals to become Community Care Assistants. You will provide person-centred home care, assist with meals, medication and daily tasks, and offer companionship and emotional support to clients in their own homes.

Flexible shifts available (part-time and full-time). Mileage paid, DBS is company-paid, and benefits include pension, uniform, paid annual leave, and a company mobile phone.

Community Care Assistant – Make a Real Impact!

Key Information

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

Experience: No experience needed – full training + shadowing provided

Hours: Flexible part-time or full-time shifts available

Weekend Work: Weekend availability required (flexible rota)

Mileage: .35p/mile

As a Community Care Assistant, you’ll make a real difference in people’s lives by:

• Supporting male and female clients with personal care (this can include but is not limited to: Bathing, toileting, dressing, feeding, etc)
