Job summary

Casa Care, part of Natali Healthcare Solutions, is seeking a dedicated Community Care Assistant to support clients at home with meals, medications, daily tasks, and companionship, helping them maintain independence and dignity in familiar surroundings.

You will have flexible part-time or full-time shifts, weekend work where required, full training and shadowing, and a range of company benefits including a free DBS, pension contributions, a company mobile phone, travel mileage, and annual leave.

• Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
• Experience: No experience needed – full training + shadowing provided
• Hours: Flexible part-time or full-time shifts available
• Weekend Work: Weekend availability required (flexible rota)
• Mileage: .35p/mile
