Job summary

Casa Care, part of Natali Healthcare Solutions, is seeking a Community Care Assistant in Rugby to deliver person-centred home care and support clients in their own homes.

No prior experience is required as full training and shadowing are provided; weekend shifts are available with a flexible rota and mileage paid. You will need a UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK.

About The Role

Key Information

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Experience: No experience needed – full training + shadowing provided
Hours: Flexible part-time or full-time shifts available
Weekend Work: Weekend availability required (flexible rota)
Mileage: .35p/mile

What You'll Be Doing

As a Community Care Assistant, you’ll make a real difference in people’s lives by:

• Providing person-centred home care
• Supporting with meals, medication, and daily tasks
• Offering companionship & emotional support
• Helping with appointments, shopping & social outings
• Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing
• Supporting male and female clients with personal care (this can include but is not limited to: Bathing, toileting, dressing, feeding, etc)
