Job summary

Nobilis Care, part of Natali Healthcare Solutions, is seeking a Community Care Assistant to provide in-home care and companionship across Fareham. You will support clients with meals, medications, and daily tasks while encouraging independence and dignity.

Role offers flexible hours including evenings and weekends, with training and shadowing. A UK driving licence and eligibility to work in the UK are required. Mileage options and employee benefits available.

About The Role

Community Care Assistant – Make a Real Impact!

Key Information

• Evenings & Weekends


• Please note: Due to the personal care needs of our female clients, this role is open to female applicants only, as permitted under Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010 (Genuine Occupational Requirement).


• Pay Rate: £13.75 per hour


• Experience: No experience needed – full training + shadowing provided


• Hours: Flexible part-time or full-time shifts available


• Weekend Work: Weekend availability required (flexible rota)


• Mileage Options:


• Mileage Rate: Higher hourly pay + claim mileage separetely via HMRC


• Mileage Rate: Slightly lower pay + mileage paid through payroll

• As a Community Care Assistant, you’ll make a real difference in people’s lives by:
