Job summary

Nobilis Care, part of Natali Healthcare Solutions, is hiring a Community Care Assistant in the UK. You will provide person-centred home care, support with daily tasks, meals, medications, and accompany clients to appointments and outings while promoting independence and wellbeing.

The role offers flexible part-time hours in the evenings and weekends, with training and shadowing provided. A driving license and access to a car are preferred, and bonuses and discounts are available.

About The Role

Community Care Assistant – Make a Real Impact!

Key Information

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

Experience: No experience needed – full training + shadowing provided

Hours: Flexible part-time Evenings & Weekends

Evenings & Weekend Work: Weekend availability required (flexible rota)

Mileage options:

Mileage Rate: Higher hourly pay + claim mileage separately via HMRC

Non-Mileage Rate: Slightly lower pay + mileage paid through payroll
