Job summary

Mobile Care Services Ltd, part of Natali Healthcare Solutions, is hiring a Community Care Assistant in the Tamworth area. You will deliver person-centred home care, help with meals, medication, and daily tasks, and provide companionship to clients in their own homes.

The role offers flexible shifts, weekends, and full training with shadowing. NVQ Level 2/3 Health & Social Care qualifications are advantageous, and prior experience is welcomed but not required.

• Pay Rate: £12.85 per hour + .35p/mile
• Experience: No experience needed - full training + shadowing provided
• Hours: Flexible part-time or full-time shifts available
• Weekend Work: Weekend availability required (flexible rota)

What You'll Be Doing

• As a Community Care Assistant, you'll make a real difference in people's lives by:
• Providing person-centred home care
• Supporting with meals, medication, and daily tasks
• Offering companionship & emotional support
• Helping with appointments, shopping & social outings
• Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing
• Supporting male and female clients with personal care (this can include but is not limited to: Bathing, toileting, dressing, feeding, etc)
