Job summary

Casa Care, part of Natali Healthcare Solutions, is seeking Community Care Assistants in the Bournemouth area. You’ll provide person-centred home care, assist with meals, meds, and daily tasks, and offer companionship to clients in their own homes.

The role involves helping with appointments, shopping, and social outings, while promoting independence and wellbeing. Clean DBS and driving licence are desirable but not always required.

About The Role

Key Information

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Experience: No experience needed – full training + shadowing provided
Hours: Flexible part-time or full-time shifts available
Weekend Work: Weekend availability required (flexible rota)
Mileage: .35p/mile

As a Community Care Assistant, you’ll make a real difference in people’s lives by:

• Providing person-centred home care
• Supporting with meals, medication, and daily tasks
• Offering companionship & emotional support
• Helping with appointments, shopping & social outings
• Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing
• Supporting male and female clients with personal care (this can include but is not limited to: Bathing, toileting, dressing, feeding, etc)
