Job summary

Affinity Trust is seeking a dedicated Bank Support Worker in Lochgilphead to provide compassionate, person-centred support. The role focuses on listening to individuals, helping them make their own choices, and enabling them to live their best lives with dignity and respect.

Full training is provided, including SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care. A full UK driving licence and access to a car are required to support service users in the community.
