Affinity Trust is seeking a part-time Support Worker in Lochgilphead to help individuals live more independently. The role offers full training, a supportive team, and a focus on person-centred care. You will assist with daily tasks, activities, and community participation, while promoting choice and confidence.

Applicants must have a Full UK driving licence and access to a car. Training and ongoing support are provided to help you make a real difference in people’s lives.

• Hours:Part Time 7.5hrs


• Training:Full training provided + SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care

The role involves supporting them to live as independently as possible while encouraging participation in activities they enjoy and helping build confidence in everyday life. Support will include assistance with day-to-day tasks such as managing post, attending appointments, shopping, meal preparation, and general household organisation, as well as providing some personal care in a respectful and dignified manner.

We provide complete training to enable you to provide the best support you can to people living with learning disabilities, autism, or mental health needs.
