Job summary

Affinity Trust is seeking a Female Support Worker to assist 5 women with learning disabilities in the Abingdon area. Role involves community activities, compassionate support, and promoting independence. Full training is provided along with an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care.

You will need a full UK driving licence and access to a car; sponsorship is not available. The position is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Full training provided by Affinity Trust.

Responsibilities

• Support 5 ladies with Learning Disabilities who enjoy getting out in the community.
• Provide compassionate, person-centred care and assistance.
