Job summary

Community Case Management Services Ltd is seeking an experienced bank Support Worker to assist a 52-year-old female client with an acquired brain injury in the Stourbridge area. You will support care needs at home and in the community, following her OT/physio programmes, and you must be a driver.

We offer full training, a friendly team, and a flexible shift pattern including day and night cover with a 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am cycle.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced *Female bank Support Worker for our client, a 52-year-old lady who has an acquired brain injury living in the Stourbridge area.

You will be supporting her with her care and support needs in her home and taking her out in the community. It is essential that you share some of our client’s interest in nature, yoga, crystals, meditation, mindfulness, ballet and arts and crafts.

Our client seeks someone who is passionate, enthusiastic, well organised with a positive attitude, flexible and patient.

This role includes supporting with her OT /Phsysio therapy programmes and taking her into the community. You need to be a driver.

We will consider your application if you are new to care, have a caring nature but lack experience and are looking to change to a career in care. We will provide full training along with a supportive and welcoming team.

Working hours:

This is a bank position. A full induction is provided.

This post is a mix of 1-1/ 2-1 care and 1-1 care at night.

We are looking for bank staff to cover day shifts and or night shifts to cover sickness and annual leave. We will have a good range of shifts to pick up regularly

The shift pattern is 7am-7pm and 7pm -7am with a mixture seven hour shifts as required to meet /suit the client’s needs as a 2-1 shift

Rates of Pay

Weekdays: £15.00 per hour (Rising to £16.00 per hour after completion of successful probation period)

Weekends: £16.00 per hour (Rising to £18.00 per hour after completion of successful probation period)

All posts are subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure with Adult and Child Workforce Barring. Full training will be provided.
