Job summary

Community Case Management Services Ltd is seeking an experienced bank Support Worker to assist a 52-year-old female client with an acquired brain injury in the Stourbridge area. You will support care needs at home and in the community, following her OT/physio programmes, and you must be a driver.

We offer full training, a friendly team, and a flexible shift pattern including day and night cover with a 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am cycle.

Qualifications

• Must be a driver.
• Willing to undertake full training.
• Flexible, patient and organised.
• Able to support OT/Physio therapy programmes.
• New to care accepted with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Support client in home and community.
• Assist with OT/Physio therapy programmes.
• Take client into community activities.
• Cover day and night shifts as needed (7am–7pm / 7pm–7am).
