Westcountry Case Management Ltd is seeking a female Support Worker to join an established team caring for a 41-year-old lady with cerebral palsy. The role requires 24-hour, 1-to-1 care in the client’s home, with DBS checks provided and driving the client’s car.
You will work closely with the client, her family and professionals, supporting active rehabilitation and daily routines in a home environment.

£15.75 per hour weekdays
£17.33 per hour weekends
£152.52 per sleep shift weekdays
£155.52 per sleep shift weekends
3 days paid sick leave.
The client is a 41‑year‑old fun‑loving lady who has cerebral palsy. She is dependent on assistance for all transfers and personal care. She communicates independently and successfully via an electronic speech aid. The client lives in her own home and requires care 1‑to‑1, 24 hours per day.
Ideally these will be split between 2‑3 people.
Hours negotiated at interview.

We are a friendly, forward‑thinking company, recently awarded the title of Case Management company of the year, who help our clients recruit their own support workers. You will be employed directly by the client, however, WCM oversee all aspects of the client’s care package on her behalf.
