Job summary

Active Care Group in the United Kingdom is recruiting a Female Support Worker to assist a client at home with personal care, medication support, moving & handling, and light domestic duties. This is a flexible bank (zero-hours) role with ad hoc shifts to cover annual leave, sickness, and additional support.

You will earn £12.75 per hour and benefit from full specialist training, holiday pay, rolling rotas, a pension, and access to our learning hub.

Job description

Your Role:

Support one of our client in his own home, assisting with:

• Personal care
• Medication
• Moving & handling
• Light domestic duties

Working Hours:

This is a bank (zero-hours) position, offering flexible, ad hoc shifts to cover annual leave, sickness, and additional support as required.

You will be paid 12 hours based on the following typical schedule:

• Morning routine: approximately 7:00am – 11:30am
• Afternoon routine: after 3:00pm for approximately 1.5 hours
• Evening routine: approximately 7:00pm – 10:00pm

Please be aware that this schedule may change on a daily basis. The client may ask support workers to step away from the home at different times during the day and then return when needed.
