The Opportunity

We're seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to support and accelerate the performance of our sales organization across 11 European markets. Based in the UK where the majority of our sales team is located, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing enablement programs that drive productivity, efficiency, and revenue growth across our diverse European footprint.

Ideal Candidate
  • Clear understanding of the B2B environment
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful projects that drive measurable results
  • Experience working with teams members across different countries/markets (European market experience strongly preferred)
  • Understanding of similar sales enablement/CRM platforms (We currently use Highspot, Salesforce, Cognism, ZoomInfo)
  • Demonstrated ability to create engaging content and deliver effective presentations
  • Experience with sales automation tools and workflow optimization
  • Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions and measure impact
