Overview

No1 Lounges\' premium pre-flight experience provides an express security opportunity to enjoy a quick and efficient journey through airport security. Premium Security also offers passengers a space to sit and relax in comfort while waiting for their party to arrive. As a Fast-Track Sales Representative you will work together as a team to manage the Fast-Track Security Experience at Gatwick Airport. You deliver excellent service and champion the guest experience. You are a brand ambassador for No.1 Lounges and engage with each guest to deliver a great experience every time.

Responsibilities
  • Provide a friendly welcome to the Premium Security experience.
  • Assist guests making their way through security quickly and efficiently.
  • Process pre-bookings on arrival at Premium Security.
  • Circulate the check-in areas and concourse to engage with passengers and sell the premium security experience to all passengers.
  • Upsell the No1 Lounges brands to passengers who do not have pre-booked lounge access.
  • To conduct daily cashing-up and reconciliation.
  • To work closely with airport security teams.
  • To be the face of No1 Lounges and all operations within Gatwick Airport.
  • Deliver excellent customer service with an in-depth knowledge of our products & services.
  • Follow all No.1 company policies and procedures.
  • Completing end of shift reconciliation and billing (as appropriate).
  • Informing your Team Leader and/or Assistant Lounge Manager of any Health and Safety issues during your shift.
  • Action any new company updates and/or training in a timely manner.
  • Assisting with any ad-hoc duties when required.
  • Always being organized and prepared.
  • Engage with every guest - be ready to go the extra mile, each guest deserves a hello, goodbye and a smile!
  • Shift pattern: two early shifts, two late shifts then two days off.
  • Previous sales experience essential.
  • Previous customer service experience essential.
  • Ability to use and operate devices such as an iPad and PDQ machines is essential.
  • Enjoy engaging with customers; previous experience in customer service role an advantage.
  • Good command of the English language - written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in a similar position and/or experience of shift work an advantage.
  • Computer literacy or familiarity with reception and electronic payment handling desirable.
  • An interest in the travel hospitality sector.
  • Speaking additional languages is useful but not essential.
