Job summary

Bright Horizons is offering a fast track Level 3 Early Years Apprenticeship Programme in London, combining hands-on nursery experience with structured learning over ten months.

You will work four days a week in a nursery with one learning day at our Learning Hub, gaining practical skills to become a qualified Early Years Educator. You'll receive mentoring and support throughout the apprenticeship as you progress.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4/C or above or Functional Skills Level 2 in both subjects.
• Experience with children desirable but not essential.
• Strong communication and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a nursery team caring for babies and children up to age 5.
• Support learning, development and wellbeing through play-based experiences.
• Spend four days per week in the nursery and one day at the Learning Hub.
