Job summary

Bright Horizons is offering a fast-track Level 3 Early Years Apprenticeship in the United Kingdom. The ten-month programme combines hands-on nursery experience with structured learning to achieve Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification.

You will work four days a week in a nursery caring for children up to age 5, with one day weekly at the Learning Hub for training. Support from apprenticeship specialists accompanies you throughout the programme.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children is desirable but not essential.
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn and apply new knowledge.

Responsibilities

• As an Early Years Apprentice, you will care for babies and children up to 5 years old, supporting their learning, development and wellbeing through play-based experiences and everyday interactions.
• You will work four days per week in the nursery and one day per week at the Learning Hub undertaking structured learning toward Level 3 Early Years Educator.
• You will receive ongoing support from experienced colleagues and apprenticeship specialists to develop skills, knowledge and confidence.
