You will manage high call volumes, coordinate service requests, and maintain accurate records while ensuring customer confidentiality. Ideal candidates have strong telephone-based customer service experience, a calm, empathetic communication style, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Previous call centre or contact centre experience is desirable but not essential.
• Strong spoken and written communication with a warm, professional style.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
