Job summary

Octane Recruitment Limited client, one of the UK’s fastest growing fast-fit automotive businesses, is seeking a Fast Fit Technician at their Mosborough retail centre. You will review work on customer vehicles and perform a wide range of fast-fit mechanical tasks along with light and full-service work.

No formal qualifications are required; they will fund Level 3 IMI and Hybrid training. Salary is £28,000–£31,000 per year with uncapped OTE £3,600.

• Willing to learn and develop knowledge of hybrid cars.

Responsibilities

• Light and full-service work
• Fast fit duties such as replacing and repairing brakes, exhausts, car batteries, suspension parts
• Operating precision wheel alignment machinery, interpreting readings, and completing accurate adjustments
• Carrying out precise tyre diagnostics, fast-fit replacements, and repairs across various vehicle makes
• Working with the rest of the workshop to achieve targets
• Work as a team with the other Vehicle Technicians

Job description

Our client who is one of the UK’s fastest growing fast-fit automotive business, are currently looking for a Fast Fit Technician based at their retail centre in Mosborough.

As a Vehicle Technician you would be responsible for reviewing work on customers vehicles, completing wide range of fast fit mechanical work and light and full-service work.

You do not need to be a qualified technician for this role. Our client is happy to put you through your qualifications!

Location: Mosborough

Pay / salary: £28,000 - £31,000

OTE: Uncapped and realistic £3,600

Shift and schedule: 08:30-17:30 Monday to Friday; Saturdays 08:30-16:00 on a rota with a day off in the week.

Vehicle Technician Responsibilities:

To be a Vehicle Technician you will need:

• Valid UK driving licence – Essential
• Experience working as a Vehicle Technician (no qualifications needed)
• Have a passion for the Automotive industry and want to develop further
• Want to learn and develop your knowledge of Hybrid cars
