The package includes £40,000–£42,000 salary, a performance bonus around £3,600, enhanced holidays including a birthday day off, overtime, training, and a pension.

Qualifications

• Proven managerial experience within automotive or retail sectors.
• Technical or mechanical knowledge of vehicles to support workshop activities.
• Strong leadership with a track record of developing positive sales cultures.
• Excellent customer focus and communication abilities.
• Ability to control costs and ensure compliance with operational standards.
• Valid UK driving license with low points.
• Ability to work in a team and motivate others.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of workshop staff and front-of-house personnel.
• Drive sales performance and coach the team to maximise efficiency as Fast Fit Centre Manager.
• Maintain professional customer interactions and adhere to call-back procedures and telephone techniques.
• Oversee daily depot operations including stock control, equipment maintenance, and security.
• Maintain accurate stock records and proper storage of deliveries and stock management.
• Ensure machinery and equipment are maintained to safety standards.
• Manage branch security, assets, customer information, and cash handling.
• Support workshop activities as needed with vehicle knowledge.
