Responsibilities

• Maintain professional customer interactions and adhere to call-back procedures and telephone techniques.
• Oversee daily depot operations including stock control, equipment maintenance, and security.
• Maintain accurate stock records and proper storage of deliveries and stock management.
• Ensure machinery and equipment are maintained to safety standards.
• Manage branch security, assets, customer information, and cash handling.
• Support workshop activities as needed with vehicle knowledge.

Job description

We are representing a leading UK automotive service centre and tyre retailer, currently seeking an experienced Fast Fit Centre Manager for their Gloucester location. This is a permanent position offering an excellent opportunity for an individual with proven supervisory or managerial experience within the automotive or retail sector. The Fast Fit Centre Manager will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer service.

• Competitive salary between £40,000 and £42,000 per annum, depending on experience

Duties of a Fast Fit Centre Manager:

• Lead and motivate a team of workshop staff and front-of-house personnel
