Our client in Gloucester is seeking a Centre Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre and workshop. You will lead teams, drive sales performance and ensure customers receive a high standard of service.

The role requires experience managing people in the automotive sector, a strong commercial and sales background, and solid health & safety knowledge. Location: Gloucester.

• Strong sales and customer service background.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate the centre and workshop teams to drive sales performance.
• Run the day-to-day operation of the centre.
• Maximise customer conversion and deliver high service standards.
• Oversee stock control, deliveries, assets and takings.
• Ensure workshop equipment and machinery are properly maintained.
• Coach and train team members where required.
