Gloucester-based leading UK automotive service centre is seeking an experienced Fast Fit Centre Manager to lead a team, drive sales, and ensure high standards of customer service. Qualifications

• Proven management experience within automotive or retail sectors.
• Technical or mechanical knowledge of vehicles to support workshop activities.
• Strong leadership with a track record of developing positive sales cultures.
• Excellent customer focus and communication abilities.
• Ability to control costs and ensure compliance with operational standards.
• Valid UK driving license with minimal points.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of workshop staff and front-of-house personnel.
• Drive sales performance and provide coaching to maximise team efficiency as a Fast Fit Centre Manager.
• Ensure all customer interactions are professional, adhering to call-back procedures and telephone techniques.
• Oversee the daily operation of the depot, including stock control, equipment maintenance, and security.
• Maintain accurate stock records, ensuring proper storage of deliveries and stock management.
• Ensure all machinery and equipment are maintained to safety standards.
• Manage security of the branch, assets, customer information, and cash handling.
• Support workshop activities as needed, applying relevant vehicle knowledge.
• Comply with all company and legal standards, including health and safety protocols.
