Octane Recruitment Limited is recruiting a Centre Manager for a busy fast-fit automotive centre in Middlewich. You will lead the centre and workshop teams, drive sales performance, and ensure top-class customer service.

The role requires a strong background in automotive operations, people management, and a valid UK driving licence, with a salary between £38,000 and £42,000 plus uncapped bonus (OTE £10,000). All-round career development and industry training are available.

Qualifications

• Experience managing people in a fast-fit automotive setting.
• Strong Automotive industry background is essential.
• Valid UK driving licence is required.
• Previous Centre Manager / Assistant Centre Manager experience in automotive.
• Strong commercial and sales background.
• Good automotive and mechanical knowledge.
• Demonstrated team-management experience.
• Understanding of Health & Safety requirements and practice.
• Strong customer-service and account-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate the centre and workshop teams and drive sales performance.
• Run the day-to-day operation of the centre.
• Maximise customer conversion and ensure strong customer service.
• Manage stock control, deliveries, branch assets and takings.
• Ensure workshop equipment and machinery are properly maintained.
• Maintain Health & Safety and operational standards.
• Coach and train team members where required.
