The role offers £35,000–£40,000 per annum with a quarterly bonus potential of around £1,000 and long-term career prospects within a family-run business. You will oversee daily operations at the Salisbury site, lead 5–6 workshop staff, drive sales, and ensure outstanding customer service.

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established automotive service centre group with multiple sites across Southern England, for a Service Centre Manager to join their Salisbury branch.

The Service Centre Manager role offers a competitive salary of between £35,000 and £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience, along with an enticing quarterly bonus potential of approximately £1,000. This position provides excellent long-term career prospects within a successful and expanding family-run business.

The Service Centre Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations at the Salisbury site, managing a team of 5 to 6 workshop staff. The role involves motivating and developing the team, driving sales, and ensuring delivery of exceptional customer service standards. The Service Centre Manager will lead operational activities including stock control, equipment maintenance, security, and compliance with health and safety regulations. You will also support the workshop team with technical knowledge when necessary.
