Perfect Placement Ltd is recruiting for a Fast Fit Centre Manager in Salisbury. You will lead a team of 5–6 workshop staff, drive sales, and ensure efficient daily operations while maintaining stock, security, and customer satisfaction.

The role requires automotive retail experience at supervisory level, strong leadership, a customer-focused approach, and a valid UK driving licence. A competitive starting salary (£35-40k) with an uncapped quarterly bonus and generous holiday are on offer.

Fast Fit Centre Manager - Salisbury

• Salary: Between £35-40,000 per annum, pending experience, with additional quarterly bonus potential (roughly £1,000 per quarter).
• Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm and 1 in 2 Saturdays 8:30am-4:00pm

Our client, an automotive service centre group with multiple sites across Southern England, is currently recruiting for a Centre Manager for their site in Salisbury.

Reporting to the Regional Manager and responsible for a team made up of 5/6 workshop staff, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and motivating the team, driving the team’s sales and providing training to the team when necessary.
• Maximise the customer conversion rate by ensuring all team members utilise the company telephone technique and call-back procedures.
• Lead the operation and daily running of the centre.
• Maintain the security of the branch, its stock, assets, customer information, and takings.
• Maintain accurate stock control systems and processes and make them available for audit in accordance with company guidelines.
• Ensure that equipment and machinery are maintained and serviced routinely to allow safe operation.
• Ensure stock deliveries are stored and booked into stock on the day of delivery.

To be eligible, you will need to have commercial experience with a proven background within the retail and/or automotive sector at a supervisory/management level with relevant technical/mechanical knowledge of vehicles, given that you will, on occasion, be carrying out support to the workshop team. You will have the ability to lead and manage a team of individuals, the ability to demonstrate success in developing and maintaining a positive sales culture, a strong customer focus with the ability to encourage the team to deliver a consistent and positive customer experience, and experience in maximising sales whilst controlling costs and ensuring compliance with centre and management standards. A UK driving licence with minimal points is mandatory.
