Perfect Placement UK Ltd in Southampton is seeking an experienced Workshop Centre Manager to lead a busy service centre. You will drive operational excellence, manage a workshop team, and deliver outstanding customer service while growing the business.

The role requires strong leadership, automotive technical knowledge, and a sales-driven approach. You will oversee daily operations, stock control, and safety compliance, ensuring high standards and staff development in a dynamic environment.

We are seeking a highly experienced individual for the position of Workshop Centre Manager at our client's busy Southampton location. The Workshop Centre Manager will be responsible for directing daily activities, motivating staff, and maintaining high standards across all operational areas.

Duties

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role within the automotive industry, such as Centre Manager or Assistant Centre Manager

• Technical knowledge of automotive services and repairs
• Demonstrable success in a sales-driven environment
• Excellent organisational and multitasking capabilities
• Full UK driving licence held for at least six months with no more than six points
• Experience managing health and safety standards within an automotive setting
