Perfect Placement Ltd is recruiting for a Fast Fit Centre Manager in Salisbury. You will lead a team of 5–6 workshop staff, drive sales, and ensure efficient daily operations while maintaining stock, security, and customer satisfaction.

The role requires automotive retail experience at supervisory level, strong leadership, a customer-focused approach, and a valid UK driving licence. A competitive starting salary (£35-40k) with an uncapped quarterly bonus and generous holiday are on offer.

Qualifications

• Commercial experience in retail/automotive sector at supervisory/management level with technical knowledge of vehicles.
• Ability to lead and manage a team and develop a positive sales culture.
• Strong customer focus with ability to drive a positive customer experience and maximise sales while controlling costs.
• UK driving licence with minimal points is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate the team (5/6 workshop staff) and provide training as needed.
• Maximise customer conversion rate by using the company telephone technique and call-back procedures.
• Lead the operation and daily running of the centre.
• Maintain security of the branch, stock, assets, customer information and takings.
• Maintain accurate stock control and arrange audits per company guidelines.
• Ensure equipment and machinery are maintained and serviced for safe operation.
• Ensure stock deliveries are stored and booked on the day of delivery.
