Job summary

Manchester City Football Club is seeking an Activation Executive based at the CFA HQ in Manchester to help create memorable fan experiences on matchdays at Etihad and Joie Stadium, and during non-matchday events across the UK and selected global markets.

You'll support ideation, planning and delivery of fan experiences, lead the Playmakers team, and work with suppliers to deliver activations that align with the Club's brand and commercial goals.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating live events or activations with a focus on positive audience experiences.
• Experience supervising or briefing a team and organising activity around priorities.
• Knowledge of event safety guidance and safeguarding responsibilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools to organise information and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support ideation, planning and delivery of fan experiences to enhance the matchday journey.
• Take ownership of key initiatives within the activations programme and ensure alignment with brand and commercial objectives.
• Manage the Playmakers matchday ambassador team including onboarding and briefing.
• Lead the development of the Man City Kids Fanzone and other fan experiences.
• Collaborate with colleagues and suppliers for activations at various fixtures and events.
• Provide operational support across the season, including weekends and evenings.
