Job summary

Phoenix Futures seeks a Family Worker to support families of clients accessing psychosocial substance use services. You will work with offenders’ families, implementing tailored family interventions and relationship-building strategies to help clients progress in their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in health and social care, ideally within substance use, mental health or similar field.
• Evidence of effective partnership working and networking for client benefit.
• Experience managing a busy caseload with strong organisational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word; familiarity with database systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to engage with diverse groups.
• Understanding of complex custody-related issues; proactive and learning mindset.
• Demonstrated determination, drive to succeed and passion for helping others.
