Job summary

Phoenix Futures is recruiting a Family Support Worker to assist families of clients at HMP Warren Hill and Hollesley Bay. You will deliver tailored family interventions and support offenders with care-planned guidance within a collaborative team fostering recovery.

You will work to empower families, coordinate with services, and ensure compassionate, evidence-based support to those affected by substance use and incarceration. This role emphasizes inclusion, learning, and meaningful impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in health and social care or related field.
• Evidence of effective partnership working and network-building.
• Good at managing a busy caseload with strong organisational skills.
• Proficient with MS Outlook and Word; familiar with database systems.

Responsibilities

• Support families of clients to reach their goals and improve lives.
• Deliver tailored interventions around family relationships and building healthy dynamics.
• Provide care-planned support to clients, using appropriate models and approaches tailored to needs.
