Job summary

Phoenix Futures Group operates drug and alcohol treatment and this role is based at HMP Wayland within the Drug and Alcohol Service. You will support the families of clients who have substance misuse issues or who have a loved one in custody, delivering tailored interventions alongside a skilled team.

Role requires delivering care-planned support to meet individual needs and engaging with clients to promote recovery and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Experience in health and social care, preferably with substance use or mental health.
• Proven ability to network and partner with others for client benefit.
• Ability to manage a busy caseload and stay organized.
• Proficient with Outlook and Word; comfortable with databases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support clients and families to reach goals and recovery.
• Deliver tailor-made interventions around family relationships.
• Work with offenders delivering care-planned support tailored to client needs.
• Experience in rehabilitation, treatment and re-offending prevention is beneficial.
