Phoenix Futures Group operates drug and alcohol treatment and this role is based at HMP Wayland within the Drug and Alcohol Service. You will support the families of clients who have substance misuse issues or who have a loved one in custody, delivering tailored interventions alongside a skilled team.

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as part of the Drug and Alcohol Service based at HMP Wayland.Hours of work are Monday-Friday 08.00-16.00.
As a family Support Worker, you will support our clients and their families to reach their goals and change their lives for the better. You will be part of a passionate and skilled team, contributing to the provision of tailored interventions and recovery approaches. Your main role will be to support the families of our clients who either have substance misuse issues themselves or who need support with the challenges of having a loved one in custody.
Part of your role will be to work with our clients to deliver specific tailor-made interventions around family relationships and relationship building.
You will be required to work directly with offenders delivering effective care-planned support using appropriate models, interventions, and approaches tailored to meet the individual needs of the client group. Previous experience of working within rehabilitation, treatment, and re-offending prevention services would be beneficial.
