Job summary

Forward Trust's Connections Service sits within the Substance Misuse Directorate and focuses on helping families and Concerned Significant Others access information, advice and support across prison and community settings. You will work with clients, families and partner organisations to develop meaningful family interventions that complement individual treatment journeys and strengthen recovery.

The role includes monitoring outcomes, collecting data for audit, and contributing to service

Qualifications

• Experience of supporting families and addressing family-related issues within prison and/or community services.
• Ability to respond to changing service needs and work flexibly.
• Strong negotiating and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver meaningful family interventions across prison and community settings.
• Monitor outcomes, collect data, and contribute to audit and reporting.
• Support service improvements and contribute to research and reporting activities.
