This is a time-limited role until 31st March 2026, as part of the Family Hub programme, specifically a Grade 5, Family Help Worker role. The role involves working within an integrated team across the Family Hub network, understanding wider children and families services, and supporting families to access appropriate services using a strength-based approach.
