We offer a starting salary of £23,152, with annual pay progression up to £25,550. Depending on experience, you may be offered a higher starting salary.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the ROAR Partnership team, which is committed to delivering high-quality outreach support. We seek a dedicated individual willing to work across Rochdale, including both locality hubs and community sites, with mobility being essential.
You should have a good understanding of issues related to substance use and a genuine passion for the field. While previous experience, whether voluntary or paid, is advantageous, the most important qualities are flexibility, patience, and the ability to empathize with service users. Maintaining high moral standards, being non-judgmental, and understanding complex needs are crucial.
Experience facilitating group interventions and working one-on-one with clients is preferred. Good IT and communication skills are essential, and previous outreach experience is desirable.
Salary: Starting at £23,152, with annual progression up to £25,550.
