• Work with targeted families to strengthen engagement with learning, school and community.
• Build effective partnerships with parents, carers, community organisations and professional agencies.
• Monitor and track attendance, identify barriers to engagement, and undertake regular reviews.
• Undertake home visits to support families and address attendance concerns.
• Collaborate with external organisations to facilitate interventions and opportunities.
• Monitor and evaluate activities to meet grant funding requirements and performance measures.
• Contribute to school initiatives to mitigate effects of child poverty and improve educational outcomes.
