Neath Port Talbot Council is seeking an experienced NPT Family Lead to provide operational leadership for the Family Team and to develop high-quality information and guidance for children, young people and families across Neath Port Talbot. You will ensure access to timely information across digital platforms, events and direct engagement with families and local services.

• Degree or equivalent qualification in marketing, communications or a related field.
• Strong organisational and project management skills with a proactive, collaborative approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Knowledge of early intervention, family support services and related issues.
