Job summary

5 Star Recruitment is seeking a highly organised Senior Data Officer to join our team within Children’s Services. You will manage administrative tasks, update spreadsheets and databases, perform DBS checks, and process payments while maintaining attention to detail and clear communication.

You will support the Families Together Hub and Project Lead, coordinating with partner agencies, monitoring performance using local and national data, and producing concise reports to inform decisions.

Qualifications

• Highly organised and detail-oriented.
• Experience managing data, spreadsheets and databases.
• Ability to conduct DBS checks and manage payments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience updating Power BI dashboards is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage data and IT systems (including Foundry) and related processes.
• Collate and analyse qualitative and quantitative data to support the programme.
• Monitor performance and report using local and national data.
• Organise workshops, drop-in sessions and draft manager's briefings.
• Escalate issues, risks or concerns to the Project Lead as needed.
