Alexander Steele is working in partnership with a leading branded food manufacturing business. The organisation are now looking to appoint a new Factory Operations Manager to join them on their next stage of growth.

The Factory Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimising all operational aspects of the business. This position requires a ‘hands on’ leader with strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail. The Factory Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient production processes, effective supply chain management, and exceptional customer service delivery.
