Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent).
• Health & Safety and Contractor Control qualifications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Confident using Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience working within an office, facilities, administration or customer service environment.
• A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Front of House & Customer Service: Manage the reception area, switchboard, post room and visitor experience.
• Front of House & Customer Service: Welcome visitors and provide a professional first impression of the business.
• Front of House & Customer Service: Support meetings and events by preparing rooms, organising refreshments and ensuring equipment is available and fully operational.
• Front of House & Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service to employees, customers and visitors both in person and over the telephone.
• Facilities & Site Management: Ensure buildings, grounds and facilities are maintained to a consistently high standard.
• Facilities & Site Management: Coordinate planned preventative maintenance and arrange prompt resolution of repairs.
• Facilities & Site Management: Monitor grounds, landscaping and car parking areas and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Facilities & Site Management: Manage third-party contractors, ensuring quality standards and service delivery.
