Job summary

Education Impact Academy Trust is seeking a proactive Site Manager for Mayfield School in Birmingham. The role requires managing two sites, ensuring safety compliance, and coordinating maintenance and admin tasks to support 315 pupils with a range of SEND needs.

The successful candidate will supervise a facilities team, manage the site budget, and contribute to creating an environment that supports students’ learning and safety. Occasional after-hours work may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a site role, ideally in a school/college.
• Strong knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and compliance.
• Proactive, able to prioritise and address issues.
• Excellent team player with staff collaboration.
• Experience supervising/managing a team and handling budgets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and安全 compliance.
• Lead and support a team across premises sites.
• Manage budget and procurement for site needs.
• Coordinate admin tasks related to facilities and maintenance.
• Be flexible with hours, including some early mornings and late evenings.
