Job summary

Education Impact Academy Trust is seeking a Site Supervisor for Mayfield School in North Birmingham. The role focuses on developing our estate, improving environments for students and staff, and ensuring ongoing maintenance and compliance with safety legislation.

The successful candidate will join the Trust Central Team, with duties primarily at Mayfield School and possible cross-site work. A clean driving licence is advantageous; DBS is required, and the start date is ASAP with a closing date

Qualifications

Experience in a site role, ideally within a school/college.
Excellent knowledge of Health and Safety legislation with practical compliance experience.
Proactive approach to prioritising and addressing issues.
Excellent team player capable of collaborating with staff colleagues.
Commitment to working with students with SEND and providing the right environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the estate to improve environments for students and staff.
Ensure ongoing maintenance and compliance with all relevant legislation; work with the Trust Estates team to share ideas and solutions.
