Job summary

Education Impact Academy Trust is seeking a Site Manager for Mayfield School to lead the estates development and oversee ongoing maintenance for a safe, welcoming environment for students and staff.

Based primarily at Mayfield School, the role involves coordinating the estates team, ensuring health and safety compliance, managing budget and admin tasks, and occasionally working across Trust premises. Some travel between sites and out-of-hours work may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a site role, preferably in a school/college.
• Excellent knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and compliance.
• Proactive, with ability to prioritise and address issues.
• Experience supervising a team and managing a budget.
• Commitment to working with students with SEND.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and maintenance of school estates.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety laws.

• Collaborate with Trust-wide Estates to share ideas.
