Job summary

Education Impact Academy Trust in Birmingham is seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor for Mayfield School, a special school, to develop and maintain the estate, ensure safety compliance, and support students and staff.

The role is based primarily at Healthfield Road, with some cross-site work within the Trust; it requires a clean driving licence and willingness to work outside standard hours. The Trust offers extensive CPD and a generous leave package.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in a site role, ideally in a school/college.
• Excellent knowledge of Health and Safety legislation with compliance experience.
• Proactive, able to prioritise and address issues.

Responsibilities

• Develop the estate, oversee ongoing maintenance and ensure compliance with legislation.
• Based primarily at Mayfield School, with Trust-wide collaboration for estates solutions.
• Be a proactive team player working with staff across sites.
• Be willing to work outside school hours and travel between sites where required.
