Job summary

Education Impact Academy Trust is seeking a Site Supervisor to manage maintenance and safety across Wilson Stuart School and The Hive College in Birmingham. The role is based at these sites with potential travel to Trust premises as needed.

The successful candidate will support estate development, ensure strict health and safety compliance, and work collaboratively within the Trust Central Team to provide a safe, conducive learning environment for SEND students.

Qualifications

• Experience in a site role with responsibility for maintenance and safety.
• Strong knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and compliance.
• Proactive approach with ability to prioritise and address issues.
• Team player able to work with a range of staff colleagues.
• Commitment to working with students with SEND and supporting their environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee estate development and ongoing maintenance to improve learning environments.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and Trust policies.
• Collaborate with the Estates team and Trust sites to share best practices.
• Provide timely responses to issues and coordinate with site staff.
• Travel between Wilson Stuart School and Hive College as required.
