Job summary

Total Facilities Recruitment Limited in Northampton is seeking a Site Lead to oversee daily facilities coordination on a high-profile site. You will supervise engineers and contractors, use CAFM systems, and ensure compliance while delivering excellent client service.

The role requires strong supervisory experience, M&E knowledge, and proficient Microsoft Office skills. It is site-based with standard hours and a Monday–Friday workweek.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in facilities or building services.
• Strong understanding of M&E building services.
• Experience using CAFM systems.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• High attention to detail and thorough record-keeping.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams).
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Experience liaising with contractors, suppliers and clients.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support engineers and contractors on site.
• Utilise CAFM systems to manage maintenance tasks.
• Prepare monthly reports and submit client quotations.
• Raise work orders and assist with budget management.
• Coordinate training and supervision of engineering staff.
• Maintain accurate site records and logbooks.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers and contractors to ensure service delivery.
• Support Health & Safety compliance across the site.
• Coordinate responses to M&E issues and emergencies.
• Ensure works comply with contractual and operational requirements.
